Baby's Breath Flower Crown DIY

**update: visit my new blog, zoewithlove.me for even more posts like this!**

Here is a super simple diy for the baby's breath flower crown I wore in my last post. These are great for baby showers, bridal showers, weddings, engagement photos (etc.) and don't take too much time or supplies.

What You'll Need:
Floral Wire
Floral Tape
4 Stems Baby's Breath (per crown)

-Measure around your head with floral wire to determine the size for your crown. Cut the wire a little larger than needed in order to fold the ends to clasp together.
-Snip the tops of baby's breath and gather into mini bouquet's, wrap together with floral tape. My flower crown took about 14 of these.
-Starting at the top center, securely attach baby's breath to wire by wrapping with floral tape. Continue down the side, when finished repeat on the other side until finished.
-Optional: Attach ribbon with some hot glue and wrap it around the back of the crown in order to hide the floral tape and clasps. I chose not to do this since no one would see the back of my head.

  1. are they natural flowers?

    1. yes! but this could easily be done with faux as well.

  2. Did you dry the baby's breath before? If not, how did you dry them after? how long did they keep for?
